Motivation is weather
Motivation can help a man begin, but it rises and falls with mood, sleep, stress, and novelty. A dependable life cannot require a dependable feeling. Systems convert an intention into a scheduled cue, a defined action, and visible evidence.
Course completion: Maintain one chosen system for 14 days, completing either its standard or minimum version on at least 11 days, followed by a written system review.
